Full show pack available here.

Frode Gjerløw wrote, directed and designed this anti-colonial adventure about three conquistadors who lost their shadow when they "found"

gold in the jungle. In the show, they learn how to get their shadows back by being honest about how they acquired their riches. The play was

nominated for best children's play, at the Norways national theatre awards: the Hedda-awards. This was Frodes first Hedda-nomination.

The show will tour again, in loving memory of Paul Viken Bakke, who played Sir Øst in the show's first season.

Matilda The Musical

Frode was Co-director on this bonkers production alongside choreographer and director Ewan Jones and associate choreographer Stephanie Brown. Musical director was Atle Halstensen and producer was Karianne Jæger.

Mamma MIa!

Little Star Services

Proudly supporting director Paul Garrington, Frode made his musical debut as Resident Director on this spectacular sell-out success at Folketeateret i Oslo. 150.000 tickets sold and raving reviews, shows that this hit musical is very much alive and kicking (high kicks, that is!).

Cast includes Karoline Krüger, Siren Jørgensen, Siw-Anita Andersen, Thomas Numme, Kåre Conradi and Ingar Helge Gimle.

Written, directed and designed by Frode Gjerløw, Free Willy is an exciting outdoors, in-the-round, experimental Shakespeare comedy.

Free Willy asks the audience to choose what characters the actors

will play, where the story will be set, how it begins and how it

ends. The show opened on the 4th of July and closes on the 21st of July, in Tønsberg, Norway.

Random Acts, Channel 4

Written, directed and produced by Frode Gjerløw, The Dam is an experimental cross-arts storytelling project, merging tapestry poetry and dance.

The film has been screened at festivals in Africa, Europe and around the UK.

I am currently interested in hearing from producers who might be interested in taking on a live version of the project.

Elder Island

Directed by Nic Kane, Frode plays a glossy TV-host, beckoning a consumer into a hyper-materialistic world in this kooky music video for the song You and I from the mellow and mysterious Bristol electronica band Elder Island.

Directed by Frode Gjerløw, this production of Ubu Roi is an all-female, physical comedy that pokes fun at men in power, this performance opened in Tønsberg in Norway in October 2018, and is available for touring anywhere in Norway.
